I want to thank you for the care and consideration you have shown me, during what has been a very long process, to get successful implants in my upper right jaw. After your initial assessment and explanation you gave me a complete breakdown of what needed to take place; also the fully informed account of the costs that I would incur, I felt very assured.

After the decision to remove a further tooth that was found to be the suspect and the area was allowed to heal, we commenced the work.
