We are happy to assist you and your patient at whichever level you feel appropriate.
You are welcome to refer the patient for the whole restoration including, planning, surgery and prosthetic restoration.
Alternatively you can refer the patient for the surgical placement and abutment connection, and you, the referring GDP complete the final cementable crown. No screwdrivers required. We can also arrange to see your patient at your practice and complete the entire treatment.
Alternatively, if you have more experience in implant restoration you may wish to refer the patient for assessment and surgery only. The patient will also have a healing abutment attached to the implant and will be ready to go for the restorative stages. This level requires some prosthetic instruments. In addition, specific training is essential to familiarise oneself with the components and procedures.
